AEIWellness brings to you the world’s 3rd WICE based on the complete 10 Wholistic Wellness Pillars affecting human well-being and lifestyle and aligned with United Nation’s 17 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). WICE will connect you to natural and preventive health practices revolving tourism from around the world!
At this WICE we will bring together local and international speakers, many of whom will bring their disruptive solutions to wellness and cutting-edge wellness products and services. There will be health professionals, 10 health and wellness pillar practitioners, outdoor preventive health and tourism operators, medical tourism operators, retirement and aged care home providers, healthy home and office experts, government officials from health, tourism and agricultural sectors, modern cutting-edge health and technology providers, potential investors for health and wellness in Sabah, local and international travel agencies and NGOs of all related industries. These and all of ASEAN, Asia and global citizens as well as students eager to Learn, Experience, Associate & Practice (LEAP) wholistic wellness, will all congregate in “One Pool” with educators, wellness and health experts from around the world.
This year’s theme, ‘Sustainable Wholistic Wellness Tourism’ will bring forth ideas and solutions for sustainable wellness tourism and hospitality for the mid 21st century and beyond. Alongside the conference, there will be free workshops, talks and consultations from experts on the 10 wellness disciplines and practices.
There are 10 Wholistic Wellness Pillars highlighted at WICE 2025. Exhibitors will be categorised based on these 10 Pillars. Your nature of business/organisation should fall on one of these pillars.

Booth price reflected above, includes DBKK (local) exhibitor event fee.
Amounts displayed in USD serves as an estimate. Actual amount will be reflected upon payment following prevailing exchange rates. All transactions will be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The Booth rental is packaged for 3 days (Friday, 27th to Sunday, 29th June 2025). Exhibitors are required to attend all 3 days of the event
Booth space is sold per lot. If bigger space is required, please request for 2 or more lots upon registration.
Each booth will be provided with 2pcs of Exhibitor tags. Extra tags can be requested and purchased at RM10.00 each
Exhibitors are fully responsible to design and decorate their own rented booth space in line with their own registered products/services. For any special designs or customised designs that require the support of external contractors, Exhibitors may refer to our event’s authorised WICE Event Contractor (Instant Exhibitions (Sabah) Sdn Bhd). Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own additional fixtures and furniture. However, all fixtures, products and decorations must be contained within the allocated booth space and must not interfere with walking pathways. Walking pathways must be clear at all times.
All booth designs MUST be submitted to the Organiser & Official Contractor for approval.
All structures can only go up to a maximum height of 4 metres.
All creative space booths are REQUIRED to place a layer of PVC/plastic sheet before putting a layer of plywood underlay for the space taken.
Exhibitors whose booths are adjacent to another booth (booths that are not listed as island booths) are to ensure that they provide their own wall panel. No Exhibitor will be allowed to take advantage of their exhibiting neighbour’s back/side wall.
All booth designs must be submitted to secretariat for approval and should include the following.
- Perspective view and top/front/right & left side/rear elevation
- Layout plan with electrical and phone markings (if any)
- Dimensions of the structure, that is, Length/Width/Height
Exhibitors are required to disclose and register the main Brand of their business/practice. Only the registered Brand will be presented on the booth/space.
Any booth sharing must be notified upon registration and is subject to the Organiser’s approval. Unauthorised booth sharing will result in the blacklisting of future event participation.
Booths must be manned and always attended by authorised personnel with Exhibitor Tags (from start to the end of day).
Exhibitors are prohibited from selling products or services that are not connected with the promotion of sustainable healthy, wellness and happy living and the registered products/services.
Non-food exhibitors are prohibited from selling any type of food and beverages.
Food exhibitors are not allowed to do any cooking in the Exhibition Hall. Only pre-packed food is allowed. Food truck sellers will be invited to sell food and beverages in the designated open space area.
Exhibitors are prohibited from selling any counterfeit items, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, weapons or any other illegal and/or dangerous items.
Exhibitors must ensure that their booths are presentable and always well maintained. Boxes or any other storage items should be kept hidden under the table or returned to their own vehicle after setting up and shall not be placed on walkways or any empty space of the event area.
Booth location confirmation will be on First Come First Serve basis after full payments are made. Advance full payment for booth rental will be required to confirm the booth location. Otherwise, booth location will be allocated by the Organiser. If a specific location is preferred, please place your confirmation in advance. Please be advised that booths are organised based on the 10 pillars.
Exhibitors must comply with their own designated booth location and are not allowed to change location without prior consent from the Organiser.
Floor plan is a “working draft” and changes may be made up until one (1) week prior to the event. Finalised floor plan of the entire exhibition hall will be shared when available. Every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of all information contained on the Floor Plan. Floor plan draft can be accessed in the Expo Brochure.
Stage and seating area of (50 pax) are provided in the Exhibition Hall itself.
Launching Ceremony – Friday 27th June 2025
Showcasing of products & services by Exhibitors from 10 Wholistic Wellness Pillars at 10am – 8pm daily from 27th – 28th June 2025, and at 10am – 6pm, on 29th June 2025. Free entrance for all visitors, whom would expect and love to LEAP into knowledge, practices and skills from all of the Exhibitors in the Hall.
Local Government officials, invited VVIPs, local Ministries, Delegates and speakers for Conference would be visiting Exhibitors on 27th June 2025
Exhibitors’ presentations/tournaments throughout the 3 days (27th – 29th June 2025). Exhibitors who would like to conduct presentations/activities/tournaments, may register with the Organiser directly.
Exhibition hall emcee for the whole 3 days and music to entertain visitors and everyone in the hall.
‘Highest Voted Booth’ Contest starts on 27th June 2025 and ends on 28th June 2025. Winners of this Contest will be announced late afternoon on the 29th June 2025. Winners will be based on votes by the visitors – this creates the motivation for Exhibitors to present themselves better to the visitors and to the visitors, such ‘voting opportunity’ lead to visitors’ engagement and feeling good and important for the event as well. For those Exhibitors who would like to offer Grand Prizes, kindly contact the Organiser directly.
Lucky Draw for customers on all 3 days of the event for any purchase of RM50.00 per ticket. Exhibitors to issue LD tickets to their customers. For those Exhibitors who would like to offer Lucky Draw Prizes, kindly contact the Organiser directly.
Closing Ceremony – Sunday 29th June 2025
Choose your type of booth, fill in and submit the registration form and declare your main brand of business/practice. Your nature of business/organisation should fall on one of the 10 pillars of wholistic wellness.
The Organiser will communicate via email to the Exhibitor to secure booth location. Booth location confirmation will be on First Come First Serve after full payments are made.
All payments MUST be made to the official payment gateway/platform as provided or instructed in the Exhibitors’ Registration form. Payments made to other persons/other channels will be at your own risk and the Organiser will not be responsible for any lost payments
