A symbolic Official Launch Ceremony followed, guided by Mrs Lajawai and led by Mr Wemhoener. Each invited speaker began by tying one end of their respective flag to the next, representing their pillar of wellness. This continued until the final step, where Mr Wemhoener tied the Soul Pillar flag to the Environment Pillar, closing the loop and beautifully symbolising the full connectivity and unity of all ten wellness aspects in a sustainable workplace ecosystem.
